    wifi and ethernet disconnect after 1903 update


    I got a call from support 45 min ago and the case number above. But after 42 min in the loop I gave up on technical support.

    I did everything what you see below. Still wifi and ethernet disconnects randomly and must be reconnect manually for wifi and ethernet by re-plug in the adaptor.

    As stated on your own support page: it is a known issue for microsoft with the 1903 update!!!

    So please advise what´s do

    Hi Greg, I did found your older post about it and followed all the steps, but the issue is still the same . On both ethernet and WiFi. I will gladly report on the feedback, but still have no other solution than crawling under the desk 10 times a day and
    reconnect to ethernet by re plug in or live with WiFi...

    Windows randomly disconnects WiFi

    Hello,

    After installing 1903 update, my wifi randomly disconnects. I've to disconnect and reconnect wifi to make it work again.

    Can anyone suggest some tips to solve this issue?
