    Razer Blade 15” (2020) | RZ09-03519 - WiFi issues, sleep issues, BSOD error with DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009f

    Similar error to the one detailed here: Redirecting

    Razer Blade 15 (2020) 15.6" FHD

    Intel Core i7-10750H 2.6GHz /

    Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti /

    16GB RAM / 256GB SSD

    Typical sequence of events:

    1. Wifi stops working - it shows up as deactivated, but I can't reactivate it
    2. Within a few minutes, I receive a Blue Screen of Death error with the error message DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009f
    3. Computer attempts to restart and fails - it ends up stuck at the Razer Logo/loading wheel indefinitely
    A hard shutdown and reboot temporarily fixes things, but has not been a lasting solution. I also attempted to reset my laptop (keeping my files) with no luck.

    Other items I've tried

    • Uninstalling and reinstalling the NVIDIA driver using the DDU utility
    • Updating available drivers
    • Checking for BIOS updates (There are no BIOS updates available for this device per the manufacturer)
    • Ran the windows memory diagnostic (no issues found)
    • Windows Driver Verifier (no obvious fail conditions)

    Details of the latest crash from BlueScreenView below (the one dated 8/10/22). For some reason, crashes today aren't showing up.
