Windows 10: Wifi not showing in adapter settings and yellow triangle beside the realtek rtl8723be...

I recently changed my DNS to google dns and changed my phone's hotspot broadcast channel

I wanted to connect to my mobile hotspot but my windows constantly kept disconnecting from the network.

I did network reset 2 time even uninstalled a security update which I had do that day.

After the second network reset, my 2 realtek drives were with a yellow triangle beside them in device manager ,my wifi option was lost and there was no wifi adapter in the adapter settings in network and sharing center of control panel.


I have done everything from network reset to all netsh commands but I had no luck

Please help.

Both WiFi and Ethernet adapter shows in yellow triangle,

Dear all,

I am unable to connect to internet, checked device manager found the yellow triangle on both Wifi and Ethernet adapters , tried to uninstall and reboot, but the same. on the network i could see a global icon,

 

Yellow Triangle

While using my computer my WiFi icon obtains a yellow triangle then my browser freezes. When this happens I try to restart my computer but the screen stays stuck on the restarting screen. I have to hold down the power button for it to restart. After restarting
everything works fine. Any ideas why this happens? I have Windows 10. I also cant change the WiFi settings from the icon in the taskbar when the triangle shows up.

 

Wifi adapter disappears - goes 'hidden'


Running Windows 10 on an Acer laptop. Over the past month, the wifi connection dropped without explanation/warning.

First time, the adapter was visible in Device Manager (with a yellow triangle next to it). An interent search found the suggestion to uninstall it and restart. That worked.

Today, the connection dropped again. In Device Manager at first I could not see the wifi adapter listed. I clicked to see hidden devices and found the adapter and the Bluetooth (which I had not noticed was missing).

I again uninstalled, restarted, and both the wifi and bluetooth have returned.

Anyone any ideas as to what is happening, why it's happening, and what I need to do, please?

I have attached a screenshot of the DM windows as it is now, showing the wifi adapter name, etc.
