Windows 10: Wifi settings completely gone while using wifi

I have used a windows 11 laptop for months on wifi no issue, now the laptop can't find any wifi signals when the router is working, I also have zero wifi settings even in bottom right, I haven't updated the laptop recently and it's completely up to date, network troubleshooting is just telling me to plug in ethernet. Ipv6 is tickedNetwork has been reset
