  1. Wifi signal drops constantly

I've been having a reoccuring issue lately where my wifi connection becomes unusable at completely random times. It appears as the wifi connection wigit changing to show I am at half signal strength instead of full. I'm on a desktop, with a highspeed internet connection. I'm not able to connect through ethernet unfortunately. I cannot determine the cause beyond the act of using the internet at all. It seems that it will retain a connection until the moment I begin loading a page in my browser, or launching an online game. I've looked up info on the web, tried to follow all the most common fixes including turning off the power management on the driver, updating the driver, running the troubleshooter (which usually just reboots the adapter) and updating windows itself. This has been an issue I've been dealing with for a long time, but it stopped happening after a windows update last year. Lately though it's begun again, seeming with no cause. I'm running out of energy to deal with this. As far as I know, I've tried everything, and it just keeps happening. Does anyone have any ideas or possible solutions for this issue?

    WiFi Drops Out

    Sounds like poor signal
To check the signal strength of a Wi-Fi connection using Command Prompt, use these steps:

    1. Open Start.
    2. Search for Command Prompt and click the top result to open the app.
    3. Type the following command to view the Wi-Fi signal strength and press Enter:
      netsh wlan show interfaces
    4. See the Signal field to determine the signal quality. (If the output number is equal or higher than 80, then the strength of the signal is good.)

try when working and drops post results

Your windows is old try updating to latest version got and hit update

  3. Wifi signal drops

Both my wife's and my computer (both Dell Precision 4600) keep having random drops on our wifi signal, (running windows Pro.) The internet company has been out and changed out the router a month ago and this past week they put a watch on it. They claim
    the watch shows no drops

    Wifi signal drops constantly

Wifi keeps on losing signal strength

So I Google Searched every possible solution and nothing really helped, I even went to the point going to the configure in Network Adapter Settings > Configure > Ticked off Allowed The Computer To Turn Off This Device To Save Power

It worked For 15 minutes or so, then the Wifi kept on dropping out, I've Restarted and Done All The Router Stuff, That Other Blogs Suggested, Still Nothing, Wifi continuously Drives me insane, now it drops to 2 bars of signal all the time.

I also did ipconfig/ flushdns and that didn't work either, though i was hoping it would, but anyway, I have port forwarded my IP so I can play Mine Craft with my cousin, but other than That, I have No idea why it just drops constantly in wifi signal all the time.

If Anybody else knows what I can do to get it staying 5/4 bars signal Strength and not drop when I'm watching Netflix or playing Mine Craft or Battlefield 4 Multi Player. Please let me know what else I can do, if they need my Wire Less info/name of it, it is

    Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160

and yes it is up to date in patches and etc... it worked fine even in Windows 7 Home and Windows 8.1 Home, but as soon as I grabbed Windows 10 Home Update, it just keeps on doing this annoying bug. So Please may Some One Help me.
