Windows 10: WiFi went Bye-Bye and I need to know Why and how to fix it.

The wifi on my Acer Aspire 3 suddenly went away. When I try to connect, I get I've downloaded the Qualcomm Wireless LAN_Atheros_11.0.10426_W10x64_A, Wireless LAN_Intel_19.50.0_W10x64_A, and QCA9377 WiFi_BT SDK which is a tgz file that I can't do anything with in an attempt to fix this problem. The Intel file didn't help and the Atheros file tells me there's another version of it running and I need to uninstall that in order to install the version I've downloaded.My wifi works because other devices are connected to it.I do recall having seen Qualcomm Atheros on the computer in the past, but

20.0.019 installed and bye bye to music

I have just installed the latest firmware and I had to say bye bye to my music. I still see it's in the phone but the player doesn't see any track. I tried to follow a procedure described here, the one to access the phone in mass storage mode and delete
some files in the private folder, but without any success.

Is it a bug of the latest firmware or what???

Anybody out there who knows??
