Windows 10: Wifi working intermittently

I have a Dell Inspirion 7559, and for the past few days my wifi has been working intermittently. It happens out of nowhere, and the problem can last from a few hours to a few days.I used the command "ping -t google.com" to see what the problem is, and this is what I got. I'm 100% confident that this is a problem from my laptop, as other devices work just fine and when I plug the internet cable in, it works just fine.Please help me, I'm losing my mind. Troubleshooter says that everything is okay.

Intermittent Slow Wifi

Hi All,

On one of my machines, wifi is intermittent. It ocassionaly works well, but mostly is painfull slow, or cannot connect at all. The problem started a couple of weeks ago, before that it was fine.

Speed test over ethernet: ping 8ms, download 36Mbp upload 9Mbps
Speed test over wifi: ping 13ms, download 0.1Mbp upload 0Mbps sometimes just get test error

I've tried to troubleshoot with no success:
-Checked various network settings
-Check wifi adaptor drivers. Remove & reinstall
-Forget network settings & start from sratch
-Checked wifi chip is not turning off due to power options
-Checked TCP/IP settings (IPv4 & IPv6 both set to obtain ip address automatically)
-Netsh winsock reset
-Netsh int ip reset
-Flushed DNS cache
-Changed to open DNS
-Probably a few things else I tried which i've forgotten!

Running Win 10 2004 build 19041.928

Intermittent WiFi after Anniversary Update

Hi Aleksas,

I appreciate you for trying some steps in order to get the issue fixed.

I would request you to update the router firmware as it may include some settings for the router so that it works flawlessly with the anniversary update.

Please revert if you still face issue with intermittent WiFi.

Intermittent problems with TLS handshake and being timed out

Check DNS settings for both network adapters. Your Wifi might be set to use a different DNS server.

Option Two follow steps then pick a DNS server from the list in item 7. Personally I use CloudFlare DNS

EDIT: Reset router first as already suggested.
