  1. Will fresh restart remove all the installed softwares as well as registry entries created...

I have been thinking of clean installation because I want to reset the registry entries as they were when windows was just installed. But now I remember that I can do a fresh restart but I am not sure if that's gonna delete all the additional third-party added registry items as well. Like the registry items created by Google Chrome and other softwares like Photoshop. will it clear them all? Please Help!

    :)

  3. Create registry installation values?

Same issue exists with Blizzard games, there you just have to add the gamepath to the registry and you can patch again (no other registry entries needed)

    Registry leftover entries

Windows must include a option that whenever we install a application it must mark down the registry entries made by that application and when we uninstall that app , windows with the help of those pointers remove all those registries entries automatically
after a restart process as many apps left their registry entries which is of no use to the computer.
