will high performance mode harm my pc?

so I found a graphics settings and I can pick games using the browse feature to select games. I want to try putting it to high performance mode but I'm afraid it will hurt my pc or even break it. is it safe? my pc gets very hot since it is a slim pc and I don't know if high performance will damage anything if I run it for a long span of time because it already gets very hot when i have it on for a long time. will the heat or anything else hurt my pc? I'm just scared.

    :)

  2. Is high performance a safe , smooth or will it harm pc slowly

    Hello SomadityaSohini,

Running your pc in high performance mode will not harm it. You cpu will not be running at full speed constantly it will still perform as intended. This just allows your computer to be used to its max capacity whenever it needs to be.

  3. Is high performance a safe , smooth or will it harm pc slowly

I have bought recently a mid core new gaming pc of i3 9100f , ram 2x 16gb ddr4 crossair , GTX 1050ti OC edition,, 240 or 250 somewhat SSD windows10 home,, it's my side notes only about my specifications but my main question is does it kills pc slowly
over time I mean it gives constant max performance,, huge stress over the cpu ,, will it still be safe to operate in high performance mode or should I jump back to Balanced performance mode plz plz reply _/\_ I want to know
