Windows 10: Will Microsoft EVER make a 'Retro Windows' for those who want to play old stuff without...

I got ripped off every time I tried to order something on Ebay so never again to make a very long story short. I hope MS someday makes a 'Retro' Windows that has the old coding intact with modern security and have it be much cheaper for people who need older stuff or perhaps as a 'mode' with the existing windows where you turn the current session 'off' and reboot into 'old' legacy mode where the two modes cannot read each other as if Windows current doesn't exist to the Legacy Windows if it needs to be that way. This would be far better instead of the half hearted compatibility **** that'****

Insufficient Storage To Play 'Retro' Games

I have been playing Championship Manager on my Windows 10 PC for 2 months with no issues. Suddenly I cannot play CM 00/01 01/02 or retro cricket game as all 3 are saying there's insufficient memory to play. The game loads but when you start the message appears.
I have screenshots but the link isn't allowing me to attach. I hasten to say that I have around 880G of memory free having only had this 1TB computer for a couple of months.

I'm a bit of a technophobe and really disappointed as playing these games was one big reason for getting this computer and having windows 10 which I knew I could play them on.... and indeed did for a couple of months.

Any advice gladly taken.
