Windows 10: Will not verify age correctly.

I'm trying to add my son on GroupMe. We began opening an account for him and it says he is underage. He is 12 -- almost 13. It says his account is suspended and will be deleted. It says I can verify his age through my microsoft account -- which I have done, and given consent and his app continues to be locked. I have been working on this forever and he needs this account to communicate in sports. I cannot wait a month for his account to be deleted to try again. Please tell me how I can fix this.

Age Of Empires The Age Of Kings Multiplayer Crash

This issue might happen if the Windows Firewall is blocking the game from connecting to the LAN.

I suggest you to add the Age of Empires the Age of Kings, to the exception list of the Windows Firewall and check if the issue is resolved.

Follow the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X key and select
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on View by in the top right panel and select Small Icons.
  
• 
  Find and click on Windows Firewall.
  
• 
  Click on Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall in the left panel.
  
• 
  Click on Change Settings, find and check the Age of Empires the Age of Kings box for both
  Public and Private Columns.
  
• 
  If Age of Empires the Age of Kings is not listed, then click on
  Add and select the installed path of the game.

Age Not correct on Microsoft Store?

One of the possible reasons why you're getting the age limit error message is due to account discrepancies. We recommend that you check you Microsoft account profile and verify your age. Follow the steps below:

• Go to
  account.microsoft.com > Sign in using your login credentials.
• Click Your info > Select Edit your personal info.
• Check your Birthdate and edit it if there's a need to.
• Hit Save > Check if the issue still occurs.

Note: Make sure that the account used in Windows Store is your Microsoft account.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
