Windows 10: Will This Failing MicrosoftWindowsStore Update Block Me From Receiving Future Cumulative...

over the past 2 days for now, I've been seeing a WindowsErrorReporting event in Applications, going by the event name of StoreAgentDownloadFailure1there are no failed updates or any WindowsUpdateClient events in the System logs at all when these occur, but by checking the separate WindowsUpdateClient events, I've figured out that the StoreAgentDownloadFailure1 is related to a MicrosoftWindowsStore updateI've done an sfc /scannow and will check tomorrow if it makes a difference but I am not asking how to fix it, so please do not direct your advice to thatever since the April 10th update, I be

Cumulative updates failing to install

For more than three weeks now, TWO cumulative updates have been continually trying and failing to install on my machine - cumulative updates KB3197954 and KB3200970. I've tried manually downloading the fixes that have been recommended elsewhere and this
hasn't solved the problem - the fixes also failed to install, and my machine is still attempting and failing the cumulative updates. What's my next step?

I did try this, and it let me hide the update "2018-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607".

However, after a day or so, the problem returned. The restart and failed install still happens every time I leave my PC. I either need to block, or successfully install this update, or this will be happening to my PC forever :/

G'day ... Ever since the release of W10 ... which I installed the 1st day ... there has been the ongoing problem of failing to install the cumulative updates ... all other install without any problems ... eg Defender ... this particular Desktop is W10
Home .... on a 2nd Desktop running W10 Pro there are no problems with D/Ls & installs but for the 3rd time this KB318614 has downloaded ... using up my valuable data. Until recently I was able to block these failed cumulative updates after the 2nd attempt
by using the "wushowhide " tool ... however I'm am unable to do that as after unning it th Cumulative update is no longer shown .... hence Im unable to block the update .... which runs updating / install process to 100 % then goes thru' the lengthy process
of winding back ... all of which is BOTH TIME CONSUMING AND WASTING VALUABLE DATA EACH AND EVERYDAY !..... Please ... what are the procedures now required to block ... or correctly install ... these cumulative updates ! .... thanks ....
