Windows 10: Will this work on a flash drive to keep songs with their albums ?

Main folderBand-name then Sub folder1. Album-name with songs 001- 002- thru 010- Next Sub folder2. Album-name with songs 001- thru 010- ? Or do the songs in the 2nd Album have to be 011- thru 020- so the songs stay with their Album? I'll be playing the flash drive in my vehicle.

Albums not appearing in album list yet songs are listed?

The "Unknown" album displays in both the album list and the songs are in the songs list. However, other albums, purchased from Amazon for example, aren't displayed in the album list but the songs are in the songs list.

The only reason I mentioned the Unknown album is because TomBrad95 asked if I had an "unknown" album in my list.

 

Nokia 1020 - albums split into individual songs

Hi all, I've just bought the nokia 1020. I tried moving all of my itunes music to the new phone but no luck. Then I cut and pasted in Windows Explorer into the Nokia music folder. Mostly went well but a large number of albums have been split into individual
songs. That is; when I go into "Albums" on the phone every song on the album is listed individually - I can't play the entire album with all its songs but only one at a time. Someone suggested i should collate these into playlists - yes this would work -
but really is a patchup and is not a real Nokia solution surely!

We have just upgraded to Windows 8.1 Pro on our PC. Our Windows phone was previously in-sync, apart from this problem, with our old XP machine.

We "ripped" a CD to our Windows 8.1 Pro machine and then synced it to our Windows phone but it doesn't display on our Windows phone in the list of albums. The songs, however, are listed in the songs list.

In the information for these songs the album is listed, yes.
