Windows 10: Will Windows 10 reset keep unistalled exe files, zip archieves and other files?

I am about to do a Windows 10 reset keeping the personal files option. So, it keeps files of photos, videos, audio and documents format removing all user installed programs. But what about other files like uninstalled exe filesinstallers and setups, zip archieves, and all other files with extension which are not audio, video, picture or documents format which are located in C, D or any other drive?

.zip can't be set to File Explorer

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• 
  Type Default programs
  in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Click on choose default programs by file type
  
• 
  Select .zip
  and select File Explorer

Archieve fie problem

I already have full ownership of the files

In the folder I have zipped archieve files and Archieve files z01 to z22

still can't open them

 

Folders with zip files

I have like 30 or more folders and everyone of them has only one single zip file.
How can I extract all zip files inside of all folders?
