    My Name is Paul one of the Community Expert and a Windows User Like you. I do understand that you are inquiring about installing WINDOWS 10 to a OptiPlex GX1 Desktop that is quite old and running Pentium II Processor. Sadly There will be too much driver incompatibility
    when installing Windows 10 to an older device that will make it more of a headache. By Number's here's the minimum specs that is requried for a Windows 10 OS.
