Windows 10: Will windows 12 23h2 be free to upgrade from windows 11 home

HI I would like to ask a question. Today I read an article that said it had a leak that microsoft was going to make windows 12 as a suscription service. I would just like to now if this is going to be the case for me to upgrade from windows 11 to windows 12 for free no charge. Does anyone now if windows 12 be free for home users.I can not buy a subscription for windows because I do not want to pay for windows 12.ThanksI have windows 11 home edition64 bit operating systemThanks

Windows 10 will have a 23H2 release like Windows 11 23H2 ...?

So, with Windows 11 23H2 in Fall 2023, will not be Windows 10 23H2, but instead something like Windows 10 22H2v3, that’s correct?
