Windows 10: WIMDOWS 10 START-UP

WHEN I SHUTE DOWN MY LAPTOP IT WILL NOT LOWD UP IT CANE TAKE UP TO A 30MINTS OR 60 MINTS TO COME ON THE LOGO KEY WILL NOT WORK THE IS NO START UP WILL NOT WORK

Itunes and Wimdows 10

I cannot synch my IPhone on Windows 10 . I keep getting a message on Itunes that the computer isn't authorized. I follow the steps on ITunes to authorize and ITunes says it is authorized. any suggestions?

I would suggest you to try the following steps:

• 
  Click Start icon and click Settings
  
• 
  Choose Personalization, click on Start
  
• 
  Turn on “Use start full screen”
