Windows 10: Wimdows

Discus and support Wimdows in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I tried downloading visual c++ but download failed.     I tried downloading visual c++ but download failed. Im guessing its because one or more of my services in system is off or not running not sure which ones are suppose to be on and off. Does anyone know why my download from microsoft did not complete?

    Jame won't recgonize itself as being uninstalled and now it won't reinstall

    Hey, forget the above post. CCleaner worked, but my wimdows installer thing was messed up. Now I have java, all I had to do was start the service
    Now all I have is an unremoveable entry in the add/remove programs list that I can't get rid of :|
