Windows 10: Win 10 - 1909 broken exclusive full screen

I'm currently on win 10 1809 tweaked and all my games 32 totaly all run in exclusive full screen . The windows volume slider doesnt appear and my g sync monitor flickers black twice when going to the game. So I thought let's try 1909

And 1909 1 game out 32 ran exclusive full screen ...... so I tried some of the usual game config store ref edits to try to get exclusive full.screen to work and after 4 hrs nope .

1909 is broken .... exclusive full.screen does not work. I'm back on ein 10 1809 with no issues .

Any fix ?

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

 

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
