Windows 10: Win 10 Administrator

I have admin rights using my ISP email address. We are going to be switching ISPs and that email will no longer be usable. I recently created a microsoft id using @outlook.com and gave the outlook.com address admin rights on my laptop. How do I remove my old admin login that is with my ISP email address?


When I log into my laptop using my outlook.com address, I do not have access to any of the files under my ISP email login. Is there a way to access the files?

As always, there seems to be lots of alleged fixes out there, which may work on versions earlier than Win 10... but not with Win 10. The struggle for getting rid of this now un-needed bloat seems to be wrapped up in file permissions. But even when I try to clobber it with administrative authority, it won't budge. One fix suggests that you can use disk cleanup to get rid of it by selecting previous installation files. Heh. Yeah. Just TRY and find that option in Win 10.

Ok. Somebody hopefully has managed to resolve this inigma. Step by step, please.

 

Administrator level User

Use Option Five again, but this time boot from a Windows 10 install usb or recovery drive. You only get asked to select an administrator account if you boot from the system's own Advanced Startup.
