Laptop keyboard dash and underscore key

I am experiencing a problem with my laptop keyboard the dash and underscore is not working it will not type on the form in windows 10 is there a solution for this?

Hello again, rather disappointed not to have had any replies. I thought at least some one from nokia would have confirmed my question re .Jar applications.

Regarding my search for a spreadsheet type app, I've tried using Google docs within their cloud computing facility. The spreadsheet opens and displays fine, I just cannot enter anything on it! If I click on a cell I don't get the screen keyboard open up
and if I open the hard keypad and try entering that way, it just tries to do a Google search for whatever I've typed in.

Any ideas any one?

• did you receive and error message?

I would suggest you to run System File Checker. its a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restored corrupted files. Follow the steps below:

• Press Win + R on the keyboard
• Type CMD the hit OK
• Type: sfc/scannow at the Command Prompt.
