Windows 10: Win 10 Calendar Multiple Reminders

How do you add multiple reminders to an event in the Windows 10 calendar app?

Trying to move over from Google to Windows Live. Got a Wins 8 computer and now a Wins 8 phone.

Transferred contacts/emails etc...

Biggest issue: NO multiple reminders possible on a Windows phone. Not on the native app. Downloaded an app that allows that (vsys Calendar WP8) excpet that when I try to set multiple reminders (which I do need and use constantly) I get: Windows live does
not allow multiple reminders.

Why oh why... wihtout that I have to go back to google calendar and use 2 incomplete systems... really disspointed with windows!

I am receiving multiple reminders for each event in my calendar. I am getting as many as 122 per entry. I am unable to use the phone until I have dismissed all the reminders.
I am using Outlook 2010 with Outlook Connector on my laptop syncing calendar to mail.live.com (Hotmail).
Any assistance greatly appreciated.

 

Reminders from deleted calendars

Hi Hawana,

I'd double-check the deleted status of the calendar on your device.

• Open Calendar on your Nokia Lumia 820.
• Tap the ellipses (...) at the bottom and tap settings
• Go through the list of calendars being shown on your device. You can deselect a calendar by tapping the toggle button the right of the calendar name.

You might also want to confirm that these reminders were not somehow synced to another calendar. Check each of the calendars being synced to your phone on a desktop and/or Internet browser to insure the reminders do not exist on another calendar.

If these are truly reminders from the deleted calendar (not listed on your device per steps above), and you do not want to rest your phone to factory default, then you might want to just sit it out as the phone only syncs so far into the future. In theory,
they should eventually go away.
