Windows 10: Win 10 continuously corrupted

I wonder if M$ Update installed "newer" AHCI Drivers at some point ,and you are now experiencing issues.

It looks like you have a Z77 or Z79 chipset MB and the 13 series Drivers are the Recommend "best" , them and the 11.2.1006 I mentioned earlier, so you may not have the same corruption issues I had with the ICH10 on my X58 MB after all, so I think you could just install the Intel Driver without issues.

Intel RST(e) v13.1.0.1058 WHQL is recommended at WinRaid , see the table at the bottom of the long 1st post here

Which are the Intel AHCI/RAID drivers?

You could post a question over there too, Fernando and the guys over there really know their stuff when it comes to Storage Controllers, I have been following his Site/posts for 5-10yrs and I can recommend the Site, I have never had a Z79/Z77 system , Fernando has , so he is the best person to ask further questions of.

I bought a new SSD and replaced the old one.

This seems to have resolved the problem. I'll keep my fingers crossed because it sometimes took a little over a week for my old problem to appear.

I found it disappointing that the OCZ monitoring utility always told me that the SSD was healthy yet replacing it seems to have resolved the issue.
