Windows 10: Win 10 Desktop PC Boot up issue

Hi, my desktop PC suddenly stop working last week and now when trying to boot up it says there is an issue and just keeps trying to fix itself. It just keeps going round in circles and won't get past. I have tried opening in safe mode and still get the same issue. I suspect it a windows issue and not hardware, how do I re-install windows 10, when it won't boot up , plus I've not got a recovery usb or anything. I've not tried resetting it, as not sure what files etc I will loose etc. Any help is a appreciated, as I'm not that technical when it comes to PC'sThanks

Win 10 boots...

I can't answer to the speed of Win-8 booting. I tried the Win-8 preview and went back to Win-7 after a month. They say that Win-8.1 is a lot better than Win-8 was.
My Win-10 TP is working well ATM.

 

windows 10 deleted my desktop files

Step 1 - I upgraded to Win 10 and lost all my files on Desktop.

Step 2 - Found the files in Network - USers- Desktop

copied all files again to desktop.

Step 3- Restarted my machine again and lost desktop files again.

Step 4 - As suggested did the following as listed below but dont find my files.

• Press “Windows + E”, open This PC/Computer
• Open Local Disc C, open Windows.old
• Click on Users, select your User name
• Go to desktop folder

Cant find my files. Why is Win 10 deleted files again and again from Desktop ?.

 

windows 10 slow boot

Just done a fresh install of windows 10. Still got the same problem.
Turn pc on from cold or a restart. Hangs on the win boot logo for a minute or so then boots in to the desktop
cant work it out why its so slow to boot up? any ideas*Mad
