Discus and support Win 10 email no longer lists all contacts after the 1803 upgrade in Browsers and Email to solve the problem; Used to be .... I would create a new email.     Win 10 email no longer lists all contacts after the 1803 upgrade


    Used to be ....
    I would create a new email.
    Off to the right of the "To" address filed, I would click on the Contacts icon and I would see a scrollable list of all mu contacts from which to choose.

    After the 1803 upgrade, this does not seem to be the case.
    When I click on the contacts icon, a Choose contacts dialog opens and for a moment I can see the entire list of contacts.
    But then this list disappears and is replaced by the last few contacts I actually used.
    I CAN enter some sort of search criteria and that will indeed bring up the contact name that I want.

    Is this a 1803 upgrade bug ?
    Or is the above an intentional change from Microsoft ?
