Windows 10: Win 10 Home OS Upgrade to Win 10 Pro

I have paid for and attempted to install Win 10 Pro upgrade.


All seemed well, however, after installation I appear to have Win 10 Enterprise, which of course will not Activate digitally!!


Error code is 0xC004F211


My Microsoft store receipt clearly states I have purchased Win 10 Pro!


Any assistance would be helpful?

Upgraded - Win 7 Pro 64 bit OS to Win 10 and Received Win 10 32 bit OS- How to Fix

When I upgraded a desktop running Win 7 Pro 64 to Win 10, I selected installation of Win 10 64, however, system information now reflects that I have Win 10 32 bit and an x64 based processor. What steps may I take to re-install Win 10 - 64?

How do I upgrade from Win 10 Home to Win 10 Pro with a digital Licence. The in structions say

• If you have a digital license for Windows 10 Pro, and Windows 10 Home is currently activated on your device, select
  Go to Microsoft Store and you'll be prompted to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro for free.
  

Fine, but how do I get a digital Licence for Win 10 PRo??

Going to Microsoft Store via the upgrade with digital licence link, provides no opton for upgrading.

Any solution??

 

Activate Win 10 Pro after motherboard/OS upgrade

After parallel PC upgrades of motherboard and OS, (Win 7 to Win 10 Pro) I now need to activate Win 10 Pro. Can I purchase a digital license or product key to complete the task? I would prefer not to have to perform a clean install of Win 10 Pro as my system
is working fine as is. I just need to activate the Win 10 Pro that's already installed.
