Windows 10: Win 10 install

I want to reformat and clean install again the previous OS of my laptop win 10 home cause my current OS the one that technician is installed is cracked win 10 pro. I will use bootable USB made by MCT.


My bios mode is in legacy and my had us in mbr partition my question is is there something I need to change on could I proceed, I don't want to get errors especially during the partition part of windows setup. Please help me step by step.

Hey Dj Urko, I am trying to install the realtek driver and I get the error 0x0001. I have disabled secure boot and Driver signature. I have the latest win 10 build. What am I doing wrong? Can u post the complete list of steps that I have to take? I have an asus z170 with alc1150.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Meanwhile, I suggest you to Run the Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool which fixes the Windows corruption error if there are any. Follow the steps:

• 
  Press Windows+X.
  
• 
  Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  Type the command DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  and hit Enter.
