Windows 10: Win 10 Installation failed 800707E7 3000D User profile suffix mismatch

Hi,

Upgrade from 10.0.20201 to 10.0.20221

- I have struggled with an upgrade for several weeks and tried with all new versions.

- I have tried with ISO-files from UUP.

- I have tried with different accounts.

There is no sign of "Usr1.000". I don't even think there ever has been created a Temp- or Secondary folder for that user (or any other user on this machine).

Why on earth does the upgrade/migration insist on creating a ".000" user instead of the right one?
Where are that idea come from?

If I have to delete that user I more or less have to do a clean install, which I don't want to do.

All clues are more than welcome !!

So no one knows how to resolve the issue that is stopping the upgrade as shown in the log file?

Win 10 Fails to install with error code 80070004-3000D
