Windows 10: Win 10 limited access

Desktop photo gone, replaced with blue windows image. Desktop icons different than from day before. No personal files on desktop. "Type here to search" does not work. Left click on bottom left windows icon does not work. Right click on this icon does work. No response when clicking on "Systems". Cookies are gone.


Any ideas?

Limited Access to Internet with Win 10 Upgrade (from Win 8.1)

My daughter can access the internet with her android phone with no problems. The problem has only started AFTER my free Win 10 upgrade. I did not have any issues with Wins 8.1. I have tried numerous suggestions, some I don't even know what the thread
is about (I know basics with my computer and what is needed to operate my computer.) I am very frustrated at this point and really wished that I never d/l Win 10 with this problem with the limited internet access and then not being able to locate my connection.
I appreciate and am thankful for any suggestions and responses that I do receive, but the problem still exists.

Limited internet access.

After I upgraded to Windows 10 my internet access is only limited. How do I restore full functionality? Thanks for any insight or suggestions.
