Windows 10: Win 10 login takes three minutes

First logon in the morning takes three every morning.
I found this message in the event viewer:
The winlogon notification subscriber <Profiles> took 225 seconds to handle the notification event Logon.


What do I do next?

Windows 10 takes a LONG time to login

Was "a couple weeks ago" just after installation of the AU? If so, I'd suggest a clean reinstall.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Windows taking 30-50 minutes to boot to LogIn screen

Hi,

I've followed the Clean Boot instructions and the computer is now booting up again. It's already clear that's made no difference, I'm waiting on the login screen coming up just like before...

Thanks for the suggestions, it's good to work through everything, even if it does take 30 minutes wait after each attempt! I'm determined to work out what is causing this.
