Windows 10: Win 10 Mail app

I have created folders in the More folders tab. Ex: Bank folder, then when I get mail in my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account from my bank that I have processed I can use theMove command to move it to More, Bank folder ans archive it there. I have been doing that but only three have kept any mail and none have kept all that I transferred, It seem I lost these and cannot get these important emails back. What are your solutions, this is very very frustrating.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Mail app and check if it helps.
Follow the steps provided below:

• 
  Type Windows Powershell in search box.
  
• 
  Right click on Windows Powershell and select
  Run as administrator.
  
• 
  Copy and paste the following command.
  
  get-appxpackage *microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps* | remove-appxpackage
  
• 
  Press Enter key.
  

After uninstalling the Mail app I suggest you to download and install the app again and check.
