Windows 10: Win 10 Mail app

I have trouble viewing in Mail on my desktop images sent embedded in messages from a friend's Iphone. Quite often the images are so large that only a small portion greatly enlarged is visible. Often they are shown rotated 90 degrees as well. I don't get messages from other Iphone users so I don't know if the trouble is Iphone related or not but it doesn't seem to occur with any other senders' pictures, whether embedded in text or sent as separate attachments. It doesn't happen all the time. The text is unaffected. The images appear perfectly normally when viewed on Outlook: it's only on 'Mai

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Mail app and check if it helps.
Follow the steps provided below:

• 
  Type Windows Powershell in search box.
  
• 
  Right click on Windows Powershell and select
  Run as administrator.
  
• 
  Copy and paste the following command.
  
  get-appxpackage *microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps* | remove-appxpackage
  
• 
  Press Enter key.
  

After uninstalling the Mail app I suggest you to download and install the app again and check.
