    Win 10 Pro-1709 3Jan-Noticed something

Win 10 Pro 1709 Feature Updates 3-Jan on 5th Jan.
KB4056892...................................(OS Build 16299.192-Have to check this after reboot).

I have noticed the following over the last updates.

It get to 99% and then stays there with little activity, Processor, Disk or Network.
Now if I disconnect the Network cable on Router, wait few seconds..., and reconnect it again, wait few seconds, it then starts to download 1-the last part(99% - 100%), and 2-It starts to install. This all happenes within one minute.

I have tried this over the last 3 updates and it worked everytime.

Anybody know what causes this behaviour-?

    :)

    The following happened now:
After installing complete(Before restarts), I restarted it from the start menu(Not the Update screen or the message), went for supper and on return it was on logon screen.
I logged in and it behaves all ok. No activity but normal.
I went to update screen to see if any other updates after this, but found this was on with the original message"restart your computer...". I then restarted it from here, it seems the real final steps happening now, went to and hang a bit at 100%, then it restarted....working on updates, dont turn off you pc, this will take a while......13%......

    .............30%.......wait for it to finish.

    Finished,,,,,,,,,,,,,,few manual + auto reboots....................Result=Version 1709......Build 16299.125(About this PC)

I assume above is normal for this update-?

No, looks like it may have failed to install. KB4056892 should take you to 16299.192 (run Winver to see).

If so, you could try the standalone installer from the links here...
    Cumulative Update KB4056892 Windows 10 v1709 Build 16299.192

...or perhaps just wait to see if there's a newer update out on 'Patch Tuesday' next week.
