    win 10 pro compared to win 11


    I'm definitely a noob, so take it easy on me. I'm using this thinkpad for a little business, a little personal, no heavy computing. 10 pro is installed, works fine except amazon videos are occasionally slow to start. Is there any advantage to installing windows 11? I mean, what is s mode, and what does it do for me? Other than bind me to microsoft apps exclusively? Thats a redflag right there. Yes, I speak with a drawl, and drive a truck. You don't need to type extra slow, or in all caps, however, responses are appreciated.

    Updating Win 11 to pro from a disabled PC

    It was bought separately as Win 7 and then updated to 10. If I go back to Win 10 OEM, could I update that to pro and then upgrade to Win 11? They are both listed in my Microsoft account.

    If i have win 10 pro and i upgrade to win 11 will i be upgraded to win 11 pro or home?

    pretty much the title. I currently have win 10 pro and am curious if i will get upgraded to win 11 pro for free or just win 11 home.
