  1. Win 10 purchased but by default only 32 bit installed. How to get 64 bit OS?

Puter came pre-installed with Win 10 but after the OS started glitching, ended up having to buy from Microsoft full version iso files I burned to a disk (or so I thought).

I installed the Win 10 on my son's puter and he has 64 bit capability. My old ASUS was running Win 7 but only 32 bit. I thought I might as well upgrade and installed Win 10. The program information makes it sound relatively easy to get the 64 bit version. It also says (Microsoft's page is "it"), that it will typically load 32 bit and there will be a choice of which version to install.

My account would allow me d/l the iso again, but I don't have any option as to which version. Can anyone assist me in getting the 64bit version/upgrade?

    Thank you,

    Lisa

    :)

    Hi,

To better assist you with your concern on your installation of Windows 10 32 bit, may we know the following information:

    • Are you doing a clean install of the 32 bit?
    • Was the 64 bit initially installed and was not successful that’s why you want to use the 32 bit?
    • Where did you purchased your Windows software? Have you tried to contact them for possible replacement?

    We’ll wait for your reply.
