    ISO USB WIN 10 install repeats Loading Files and reboots

    ISO USB WIN 10 install repeats Loading Files and reboots... Pulling the USB drive at reboot time does not allow continued install of Win 10. Just boots UBUNTU as it would had no Win 10 File Loading

    The more i think about this, you can not be getting updates everyday. Any program you can think you have might be doing this ?
    Check Event Viewer, right click Start menu on the bottom left, select it from there and go to Custom Views then Administrator Events. Tell me if you find anything related to this in the list, possible red error. Right now i can only think power issues or some other program doing this.

    This is the very first log for today The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {D63B10C5-BB46-4990-A94F-E40B9D520160}
    and APPID
    {9CA88EE3-ACB7-47C8-AFC4-AB702511C276}
    to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative there are over 1250 entries

    Asking if you see anything related to restarts of your PC specific ,i am sure there is more then one Admin event in your Event Viewer. Take look at mine, Metadata failed is a common one lately as an example of what i meant where to look exactly.
    If can copy some of these to the right it says copy to text or try some screen captures. Also know of any software you have that may be restarting the PC due to updating itself ?

    These DeviceSetupManager are common ones lately in Windows 10, but do not think any of these are your issues although i am not reading contents of each one, but i know from some of the codes to the right.

    Back to the beginning, everyday you use your PC at only 12pm it restarts on it's own and never does it again during use of it while it is on ? Is this the time you turn it on each day 12pm ? Do you have many third party software since Windows 10 ? Assumed you upgraded to Windows 10 from a previous operating system.How long again has this been going on since then ?

    This has been going on ever since I first upgraded to win 10 last July, Then I installed a SSD drive using my old hard drive as a backup installed a fresh install of Win 10 and it's been doing it every day since. I upload data to Wunderground constantly and also FlightRadar which I just started doing the first of the month. But it's been doing its daily reboot at noon like clock work?

    Only 2 things i can think of would make it reboot everyday at a certain time, a scheduled update for as said either Windows which would be odd to be getting everyday or another software doing this. If it was more then once a day then i would think hardware related, Power Supply or some other hardware and even heat related issues. Section in Event Viewer Applications and Service Logs subcategory Hardware Events look there for anything or under Windows Logs under Applications and System. This would be anything pertaining to what is happening.

    Go to Task Scheduler to see each running tasks might determine what can be doing this.
    Start Menu select All apps go to the folder Windows Administrator Tools open Task Scheduler click each category and sub category from folders on the left. See if you identify a program showing this.

    Other then this you can try disabling all startups in Task Managers Startup tab and even look over the Startups there. Other ways are a clean boot but since it happens only once a day , unless you started with a clean boot state before 12pm or whenever this occurs. Basically similar ways to determine a startup running process of a software doing this.
