  1. win 10 security update 5/17/2020

My computer preformed the 2 auto-updates on 5/17/20 then restarted. I lost all my documents, default settings, and desktop files but had all my applications. I also lost all my browsers except MS Edge. The only restore available to me is 5/17/20. I tried uninstalling the updates to no avail. Why did this happen? I need a fix for this to get all this back.

    :)
