Windows 10: Win 10 Signature Edition tablet

I've had increasing issues with my NuVision TMAX TM800W610L Win 10 Signature Edition tablet, which is currently at version 1909 18363.592. When installing an app, the install window with buttons flashes onto the screen and then disappears, so I am unable to actually click the install button. This was not an issue when I originally acquired the tablet a couple of years ago, showing up several months ago. When attempting to copy a file folder from USB drive to tablet, the same issue occurs, so I can't complete the copying process. I can't find a way around this, making the tablet almost without value. There are icons in the taskbar for processes, but they don't open. What might the issue be? In my account I am the administrator. Any place for me to find help on this topic? Search engines aren't helping. Any suggestions for fixes?

Adding signature...

Please follow the below steps to add signature on mail app.

Step 1.

• Go the browser and open Outlook.com and log-in on the email.
• Click on gear box go to option.
• Locate for the Formatting, font and signature and click on it.

Once you create the signature go to mail app to turn on the signature option. Follow the below steps:

Hey Dj Urko, I am trying to install the realtek driver and I get the error 0x0001. I have disabled secure boot and Driver signature. I have the latest win 10 build. What am I doing wrong? Can u post the complete list of steps that I have to take? I have an asus z170 with alc1150.
