    Win 10 Update KB4512508


    This update shows as awaiting restart to finalise. Following a restart the same message remains. Sometimes I have to go through safe mode to achieve a proper boot up of my win 10 system.

    How can I delete the update KB4512508 and start again? No mention of this update shows on the installed update page it shows only on update history with the note "awaiting restart to finalise".

    Cumulative Update KB4512508 Windows 10 v1903 build 18362.295 - Aug. 13 Win Update


    For years, I have successfully run the Apache web server on my laptop (now running Windows 10 version 1903), making selected web pages available to other machines on my LAN. Today, Microsoft automatically installed update KB4512508 which seems prevent Apache from running. I start Apache, it runs for a fraction of a second, then stops again. Has anyone else had this problem and have any suggestions how to fix it?

    Installed the update manually at the the moment everything is bueno.
    It seems that Microsoft has a big problem in there update department windows 7 update has problems win 8 update has problems. Windows 10 update is so-so.
