Windows 10: Win 10 ver 1903 update/install error - After 1903 install, system reports "Up to date" but...

I used the Windows Update in the Settings window to check for updates and install Win 10 version 1903. My system was running version 1803. After the install, with no reported errors, the 'Winver' command and the 'Settings>About' window report Windows 10 version 1803. I have tried reinstalling ver 1903 several times with the same result. The 'Setting>Windows Update' window reports "You're up to date". Is this happening because I bypassed Win 10 version 1809? Do I need to uninstall the latest installs and install version 1809 first? All help is appreciated - I don't know whether I still need to update the system or that the system is really up to date and just reporting the wrong OS version.

I have attempted to install ver. 1903 update but failed 6 times. The error is -

Last failed install attempt on ‎10-‎06-‎2019 - 0x80240034

Till date all the previous updates were successful. Kindly guide.

 

After installing windows 10 1903 Sage Report Designer fails to start

After installing windows 10 1903 Sage Report Designer fails to start. Yesterday there was no problem before the update.

Seems to be a rights issue:

DOESN'T WORK:

• logged in to Win 10 under my own account (with administrator rights)
• logged in to Win 10 under my own account and run Sage as an administrator

DOES WORK:

• logged in to Win 10 using the administrator account (that I had to activate)

Is this a known issue for 1903? Will it be fixed?

Hi there, for those that have successfully installed and running the May 2019 Win 10 Version 1903 Update, has anyone have more than these Quality/ Cumulative Updates?

2. Cumulative Update for Win 10 version 1903 x64-based system for Adobe Flash Player (KB4497932)

3. Cumulative Update for .Net Framework for Win 10 version 1903 for x64-based system (KB4495620)

4. Cumulative Update for Win 10 Version 1903 for x64-based system (KB4505293) -latest one installed today, June 12th 2019

These are the current Cumulative Updates for Win 10 Version 1903 I have received and successfully installed into three of my systems, beside the usual antivirus security Updates. Would be interested to hear from anyone who

might have more Cumulative Updates from the ones listed here
