Windows 10: win 10 vm -kali linux 2020.1 debian64 -SETOOLKIT

can somebody help me with why the SETOOLKIT for kali social engineering attack cannot retrieve the username and password even getting the hit has been seen from the fake google pop up -ip NAT http://10.0.2.7.

I got as far as opening in the port80 firefox a fake google site signin page. but cannot retrieve the credentials harvester credentials not retrievable ?

I have been trying over and over but cannot figure if its because I am using eth0 and not wifi or is there something wrong with the python 3.8 app ??

I am currently a IT student.

I need help with the SETOOLKIT featured in Kali Linux installed on windows 10 VB and VM.

the final results of the harvested info has displaying issues. apart from the targeted IP address nothing else is showing?? I have gone into the etc/setoolkit/set.config but am not sure if it has worked or not? I would like assistance in the redirecting
maybe in the harvester URL -how to get the proper info displayed on port 80 /localhost??
