    I got it now Topgun, I made a change in WinRAR, now the file menu shows a choice I didn't have before. It now shows the choice of choosing "Open With" which gives me 3 choices, without making anyone of them a default. That's what I was hoping for actually. Thanks everyone for all the suggestions too!! *Smile

    I have my image mounted, but I still can't figure out a DISM commandline that works to restore the health of my install. I didn't not use the Media Creation tool. Rather, I downloaded the .iso directly from MS.
