Windows 10: Win 11 0x8007035 Error With ONE Pair of Devices

I have what seems to be an unusual problem. Many people seem to have the issue with error message 0x8007035 and an inability for one network computer to access another. In my situation, this error message only occurs with one specific computer and another specific computer. And it had been working fine until today. More info:Computer A: Desktop, Windows 11. I believe I just found a way to reconnect a paired Bluetooth device in Win 10, but the suggested solution with half a dozen menus and submenus is totally ridiculous compared to the one-click system I used in Win 7.

Why there is no direct option for connecting a device in the Win 10 Bluetooth taskbar menu?
