Windows 10: win 11 downgrade

Me being the person i am installed win 11 on an incompatible system now im trying to go back to win 10 but the go back time is over , so can i copy my users folder to drive D C is where windows is installed and after i use windows 10 media creation tool to choose the keep nothing option thenafter win 10 launches can i replace the users folder with the old users folder while my pc is running

I just reran the Media Creation Tool that I just downloaded a few minutes ago. It took less than three minutes to create the ISO file on my medium powered computer with NVMe SSD and 500 Mbps internet connection. Maybe try restarting your computer and downloading a fresh Media Creation Tool? Make sure to note where the ISO file is stored at the last step:

You can downgrade it, BUT:

As it is an OEM preinstalled operating system Windows 10 Pro, you will have to contact Lenovo and discuss this with them.

Internet Explorer 11 downgrade

I was trying to downgrade IE 11 to IE 10. In Programs and Features, I unchecked the Internet Explorer 11 option.

But when trying to uninstall the updates, IE 11 is not listed in 'View installed updates'. So I could't proceed further.
