Windows 10: win key + r not work

hy i try now use Win key + R did not work any one have solution

win 7 oem to win 10 free upgrade, install wants key. win 7 key does not work.

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.

Win+E and Win+R combination keys are not working specifically

In my laptop, specifically Win+E and Win+R combination keys are not working.

Alt keys not working after upgrading to win 10

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

First, I suggest you to manually check if these keys are struck or if anything struck in between the keys which could prevent the key from functioning properly.

Well, this also could be an issue with the driver for the keyboard. You may have to update it to try and fix the issue.

Please follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Method 1:
Run Hardware and Device Troubleshooter

• Press Windows Key + R, type Control Panel.
• Type Troubleshooting in the search bar, click on Troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Sound, click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the steps from the wizard to run the Troubleshooter.

Method 2: Compatibility Mode.

If issue persist, I suggest you to try installing it in compatibility mode. Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows. Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

• Download the keyboard, mouse and touchpad drivers from the manufacturer’s website.

• Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘Properties’.
• Click on the ‘Compatibility’ tab and check the box
  ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8/8.1 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
