Windows 10: Win Key stuck

When I play GTAV and switch between languages using Win Key + Spacebar, Win Key stuck (not physically) and some keys on my keyboard function as hot keys like D brings notification bar and so on. The only thing that works is rebooting. My laptop is new and I don’t think that the problem is in software. It doesn’t happen when I surf the Internet and work with something, only when I play. Did anybody have the issue like this? I’ve googled the issue but haven’t found anything useful. Any ideas on what causes it?

Computer got stuck on Safe Mode

Hi David,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As your computer is stuck in Safe Mode, try these steps.

• Press Win + R key on the keyboard and in the run Window type
  msconfig.
• Click the Boot tab and uncheck Safe boot if it is selected.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.
