    Win + P hotkey suddenly no longer works - Help?


    Been using Windows 10 since it came out, but suddenly today, my Win+P hot key do nothing, so it wont allow me to select which of my screens I want to use in a fast and easy way. Other hotkeys like Win+X, Win+Tab etc are still working. Anyone that has a clue on how to resolve this problem?

    CTRL+PgUp // CTRL+PgDn

    My CTRL+PgUp and CTRL+PgDn hotkey suddenly stopped working. The keys work independently (i.e. my CTRL keys and PgUp PgDn functions work on their own), but the combination no longer works for switching tabs in Chrome or even Excel.

    Any suggestions as to why this may be happening?

    Just pressing Win+R and entering Displayswitch opens it, so it is the very shortcut for the key that dont work. The displayswitch.exe software that handles it works perfectly.

    At least you have a workaround for now, but I'm not sure why the default shortcut key is not working for you.

    I am unable to find any useful info regarding it, but I suspect something must have happened to a registry entry somewhere. And sadly, I can not fix this.

    After uninstalling Avast antivirus, functionality was restored!

    Indeed. Guess there are something in Avast Free that is not really working right in Win 10.
