    Win Print Screen not working


    Hi all, beginning about 2 weeks ago, the Win Print Screen function is not working on my laptop. Normally, I have no problem with this and the photo is saved in Screenshots. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?I called Geek Squad and they said that Microsoft is aware of the problem.Thanks, Pam

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    I followed Your steps, but it said no physical printer installed. then added Via add printer wizard

    and fixed all spooler issues, But still not able to print.

    To isolate your concern, do you get an error message when printing?

    To check for possible cause of the issue, we suggest that you run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. To do so, follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key.
    • Type Troubleshooting.
    • Click Hardware and Sound.
    • Click Hardware and Devices.
    • Follow the on-screen troubleshooting.
