Windows 10: Win10 22H2 Update Failed

I've done the troubleshooter/command prompt, system file checker and update assistant but am unable to get 22H2 to install on this computer. Have also created a boot USB and tried to install the update from that but it also has failed.

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 Failed to install on ‎9/24/‎2023

I recently did a clean install of windows 10 pro which has been fine since 2017. The only issue is installing the feature update 22h2. It goes through the download and install but after the restart it says it failed to install and it starts all over again.

I found a similar issue titled "Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 Failed to install on ‎3/10/‎2023 0x8007001f"

I followed the steps listed in the techs response however, I was unable to rename the folders in step 2 or resolve the issue.

Can you advise please. TIA

 

Update issues with Win10 Version 1909

Tried all the steps listed and result afterwards is the same. Still fails and uninstalls the update. Any other suggestions?
