Windows 10: Win10 Blue Screen Error PDC WATCHDOG TIMEOUT

Hi,

I have an HP laptop model EliteBook 360 G7 recently purchased with preinstalled Win 10 pro 64bit , when waking up from sleep mode. its give me blue screen this is the 6th time in last 3 weeks I had to manually restart the laptop to work again, i lost my unsaved files

I recently had , update BIOS and update windows and drivers in an attempt to fix the problem, but still the same .


It just doesn't wake up from sleep mode. This morning I received also the blue screen error see image attached and of course it didn't restart by itself when it reached 100% and I had to manually restart it again.

Please help, I don't know what else I could do.

CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT

I was opening Fox fire when my screen and it went blue with clock watchdog timeout error. I can not shut down computer or do anything. It has been stuck on error screen for a hour. Help.
